Greenwich House

Greenwich House is a 100 m² residence located in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, London (UK). This project focused on the renovation of interior finishes. The main objective was to optimise the available space and replace low-quality, poor materials with durable, natural, and sustainable ones.
A thorough analysis of materials was carried out, and various types of natural wood were assessed for the floating floor, which also included acoustic insulation.
The chosen tones had to harmonise with the overall interior without becoming too dominant or competing with decorative elements, while still adding character. The combination of warm, natural materials and a light color palette helps create bright, comfortable, and functional living spaces.
